These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to www.yaxso.com, operated by YAXSO GENERAL TRADING - L.L.C - S.P.C (“YAXSO”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms together with our applicable policies, including our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or place an order.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding transaction under applicable law, or where legally permitted, use the website with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our website, products, or services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

YAXSO is an online-only e-commerce retailer. We do not operate a physical retail shop, showroom, customer collection location, or walk-in customer-service counter.

Products sold through YAXSO may be sourced, stored, processed, or dispatched through third-party suppliers, international fulfilment facilities, logistics providers, or other service partners.

The use of third-party suppliers, fulfilment providers, or logistics partners does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under UAE law.

For clothing, footwear, and other size-sensitive products, customers should carefully review the applicable size chart, measurements, specifications, and product description before placing an order.

Purchases are also subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise clearly stated, prices displayed on YAXSO are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

Where VAT applies to a taxable retail supply, advertised consumer prices will include VAT as required by applicable UAE law.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change from time to time. Any change will not affect an order already accepted by YAXSO, except where required by law or where a material error has occurred and is handled in accordance with these Terms.

YAXSO currently sells and delivers products within the United Arab Emirates only.

Standard delivery within the United Arab Emirates is free unless a specific product, service, delivery method, or exceptional circumstance is clearly stated otherwise before the customer completes the order.

Any applicable exceptional delivery fee, service charge, or other mandatory charge will be disclosed to the customer before completion of payment.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may notify the customer of the unavailability; offer an alternative product, which the customer may accept or decline; or cancel the affected item or order and issue an eligible refund where payment has already been collected.

We will not substitute a materially different product without the customer's agreement.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order, including your name, billing information, delivery address, mobile number, email address, and payment information where required.

You are responsible for checking that the information provided is correct before completing your order.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery or contact information may result in delays, failed delivery, or cancellation where the order cannot reasonably be completed.

All orders are subject to product availability, payment processing, fraud and security checks where applicable, and acceptance by YAXSO.

An automated order acknowledgement or notification does not prevent YAXSO from subsequently identifying a product-availability issue, payment issue, pricing error, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reason that may require the order to be reviewed or cancelled in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

We may refuse or cancel an order if information provided is materially incorrect, incomplete, fraudulent, or reasonably suspected to be fraudulent.

Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment service providers.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout and may vary from time to time.

YAXSO does not store complete credit-card or debit-card details where those details are securely processed by an authorised payment service provider.

Payment authorisation, processing, capture, settlement, instalment arrangements, and refund timing may vary depending on the selected payment method and payment service provider.

Any payment amount payable by the customer will be shown before the customer confirms the transaction.

Where an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully collected and a refund is due, the refund will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. The time required for the refunded amount to appear may also depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Our website may use or provide access to third-party services, applications, payment providers, logistics services, tracking services, fulfilment systems, social platforms, or external websites.

Certain third-party services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, or operating rules.

YAXSO does not control independent third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, security practices, or privacy practices except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Customers should review the applicable terms and privacy policies before using an external third-party service.

Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that YAXSO is required to assume under applicable UAE consumer law.

If you submit a review, comment, suggestion, image, feedback, testimonial, or other content to YAXSO, you confirm that you have the right to provide the content; the content does not knowingly infringe another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights; the content is not fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or intentionally misleading; and your submission complies with applicable law.

You grant YAXSO a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, or share submitted content for legitimate business purposes, including operating the website, customer communication, marketing, and service improvement, subject to applicable privacy and data-protection laws.

We may remove or decline to publish user content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Our collection, processing, storage, and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data-protection requirements.

Customers should review the Privacy Policy for information regarding how personal information is collected and used and the circumstances in which it may be shared with service providers.

You may not use our website, services, systems, or content to:

Customer Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched or entered the shipping process.

A cancellation request is not complete until it has been processed or confirmed by YAXSO.

We will make reasonable efforts to process eligible cancellation requests received before dispatch.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, handed to a courier, transferred to a fulfilment or logistics provider for delivery, or otherwise entered the shipping process, cancellation of the shipment may no longer be operationally possible.

This restriction on cancellation after dispatch does not remove any return, refund, replacement, repair, or other rights that the customer may have under our Return & Refund Policy or mandatory UAE consumer-protection or e-commerce law.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, a customer may have remedies where goods are defective, damaged, incomplete, materially different from their stated description, received in a condition inconsistent with the agreed terms, materially delayed in circumstances where the delay prevents the intended benefit of the purchase, or otherwise subject to a mandatory statutory return, replacement, or refund right.

Any statutory exceptions or limitations applicable to particular categories of products will continue to apply.

Cancellation by YAXSO

YAXSO may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud or unlawful activity; material pricing or listing errors; unavailable products; unsuccessful or invalid payment; incorrect or incomplete customer information; delivery restrictions; or legal or regulatory requirements.

If YAXSO cancels an order after payment has been successfully collected and the customer is entitled to a refund, the eligible amount will be refunded through the appropriate payment method, subject to applicable law and payment-provider processing procedures.

Our website and online services are provided on an “as available” basis.

Although we take reasonable steps to maintain the website, we do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or that the website will always be completely free from technical errors, maintenance interruptions, connectivity problems, or third-party service failures.

Nothing in this section excludes any statutory warranty, consumer guarantee, product obligation, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under UAE law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YAXSO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from the use or inability to use the website where such liability may legally be limited or excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited; any mandatory consumer right; any remedy available under applicable UAE consumer-protection legislation; or any obligation imposed on YAXSO by applicable law.

Any limitation of liability in these Terms must therefore be interpreted subject to applicable UAE law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable costs directly resulting from your unlawful use of the website, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

This section does not require a consumer to waive any mandatory protection or legal right available under UAE law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a competent authority or court to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services where reasonably necessary if a user materially breaches these Terms; engages in fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or harmful conduct; threatens the security or operation of our website or services; or uses the website in a manner that may expose YAXSO, its customers, or its service providers to material legal or security risk.

Termination or suspension does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination and does not remove mandatory consumer rights relating to an existing purchase.

These Terms and transactions made through YAXSO are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, including applicable consumer-protection and e-commerce legislation.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory right available to a consumer under applicable UAE law.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between YAXSO and the customer may be referred to the competent consumer-protection authority, regulatory authority, or court having jurisdiction in the United Arab Emirates, as applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, services, policies, or applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page together with the applicable effective or revision date.

Changes to these Terms will not retrospectively remove mandatory rights that a customer acquired under applicable law or under an order already completed or accepted before the change.

Continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
