6. Split Shipments

No additional shipping charges will be applied for approved split shipments.

  • Include building name, apartment or villa number, and contact details where applicable.
  • YAXSO is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Delayed, Lost, or Undelivered Shipments

If your order has not been delivered within 45 days from shipment, please contact us.

We will investigate the shipment with the logistics provider and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement shipment or refund.

9. Shipping Restrictions
