This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through YAXSO.COM and delivered within the United Arab Emirates.
At YAXSO, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly and in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

1. Return Period
You may request a return within 15 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
2. Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted in the following situations:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The item arrived defective or not functioning as intended.
- You received the wrong item.
- The item is significantly different from its description.
- The item arrived with missing essential parts or accessories.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be in its original condition.
- Include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags where applicable.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order number or invoice.
3. Products Not Eligible for Return
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Products damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
- Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened or used, including cosmetics, personal care products, underwear, swimwear, and earrings.
- Perishable goods.
- Products clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

4. Incorrect Size or Change of Mind
Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, measurements, and size charts carefully before ordering. If a customer orders the wrong size or changes their mind, return eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the product category and return condition.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged item, defective item, or wrong item shipped by YAXSO, YAXSO will cover the return shipping cost.
For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. Any applicable return shipping cost will be communicated before the return is processed.
6. How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, description of the issue, and photos or videos where applicable.
- Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Please do not return products without receiving return instructions from YAXSO.
7. Return Inspection
Returned products are inspected upon receipt. If the item meets the requirements of this policy, the return will be approved and processed. If additional information is required, our customer support team will contact you.
8. Refunds
Once a return is approved and processed, refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

9. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team. If payment has already been captured, a full refund will be issued.
10. Product Availability
In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this occurs, the customer will be notified promptly and may choose a replacement product or a full refund. No charge will be retained for unavailable products.
11. Delivery Issues
If your order appears lost, delayed, or undelivered, please contact us. Our support team will investigate the shipment with the logistics provider and provide an appropriate resolution.
